On July 17, 2025, FPT—core developer of the Kyta Platform—partnered with the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement (THADS), Ministry of Justice, to conduct an intensive training session on digital platforms for THADS agencies nationwide. The program welcomed nearly 120 officials from 34 THADS units across the country.

Affirming FPT's Leadership in the Justice Sector’s Digital Transformation
The training is part of the rollout of key solutions developed on the Kyta Platform, including the Electronic Receipt System, the Decision Support Software for Enforcement Actions, and Digital Signature integration. These tools significantly enhance management efficiency, streamline administrative workflows, and improve transparency in financial operations across THADS offices.

Ministry of Justice Prioritizes Comprehensive Digital Adoption
Mr. Phạm Thành Trung, Head of Digital Transformation & Data Statistics at the General Department of THADS, emphasized that implementing these systems is a strategic move aligned with Resolution 57-NQ/TW—aimed at the complete digitalization of Vietnam’s civil judgment enforcement system.

Yet, there remains a gap in digital proficiency across local agencies. This in-person training helps standardize operational skills and empowers local staff to use the new systems effectively.

Three Key Focus Areas in the Training Program

  • Using Digital Signatures in Official Documents – Ensures legal validity and speeds up case handling.
  • Electronic Receipt Software – Replaces paper receipts with fast, secure issuing, signing, and storage.
  • Decision Support Software for Enforcement – Uses AI to automate judgment extraction, decision drafting, record updates, and task assignment.

Positive Feedback from Users

The Electronic Receipt System helps save time for both staff and citizens. Those familiar with the platform operate quickly, while newly merged units are being granted access and training.”
— Ms. Nguyễn Thị Yên, Officer, HCMC THADS Department

“The new system helps management monitor revenue and expenses transparently. This is a strong foundation for the justice sector’s full-scale digital transformation.”
— Mr. Đào Mạnh Sơn, IT & Digital Transformation Team, General Department of THADS

Kyta Platform – The Digital Backbone of Vietnam's Justice Sector
All solutions are deployed on Kyta Platform—a full-stack digital infrastructure developed by FPT IS. Kyta integrates advanced technologies including AI, AI-OCR, eForm builders, approval workflows, digital signatures, and seamless data connectivity. More than just a software suite, Kyta Platform offers an extensible and customizable foundation tailored to each sector’s operational needs.

Notably, on July 4, 2025, the Ministry of Justice officially launched the Electronic Receipt System powered by FPT IS—marking a significant milestone in applying artificial intelligence and digital platforms to the nation’s civil judgment enforcement sector.
